Choir Membership & Subscriptions

• Choir membership subscriptions help support the running costs of Castle Voices, including rehearsal spaces, music and events.

• Subscription amounts and payment arrangements will be communicated directly to members.

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Castle Voices.

• Membership is conditional upon members maintaining appropriate, respectful and acceptable behaviour at all choir activities and in any communication relating to the choir.  Any member found to be in breach of the Choir’s Code of Conduct, Safeguarding Policy or any other Castle Voices policies may have their membership terminated at the discretion of the choir leadership. In such circumstances, any membership fees already paid will be retained by Castle Voices and will not be refunded.

• Members are responsible for informing us of any changes to their contact details or payment arrangements.

• Castle Voices reserves the right to update membership fees or rehearsal arrangements where necessary.
